Welcome to Wake Health Services, a private, nonprofit Community Health Center offering a wide range of primary care and support services to patients of all ages. We serve more than 25,000 patients who are medically underserved or who have limited access to healthcare.
For more than 40 years, Wake Health Services has been providing accessible and affordable healthcare to our community’s most vulnerable population. Our services include primary care, children’s dentistry, behavioral health counseling, nutrition counseling, diabetes education and support services.
We welcome patients who have Medicaid, Medicare, NC Health Choice, private insurance or no insurance at all. We also provide discounts for the uninsured. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide access to quality health care for patients of all ages.
