Welcome to Wake Health Services...a private, nonprofit Community Health Center serving over 25,000 patients.  We are your medical home, offering quality primary care with a discount for the uninsured.

We offer wraparound services such as dentistry, case management, mental health counseling, health education, and assistance with free prescriptions.  We stay with you through all stages of life...babies to grandparents...insured or uninsured... job or no job. DANCING IN the PARK, FREE Event, Every MONDAY 6p-7p

Dancing in the Park is a fitness & dance celebration at Chavis Community Center on MLK Blvd. in Raleigh. Organized by Southeast Raleigh Assembly, Inc, the series of FREE dance classes aims to reduce cardio-vascular disease and obesity. Come dance every Monday night and lose those extra pounds doing something you LOVE to do...DANCE!
