 Penny joined WHSI in September 1996, as Chief Operating Officer and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in August 1998. She received her undergraduate degree in Zoology in 1978 and a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration in 1980  from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). 

Donna M. Blyskal, MBA, Esquire, Chief Financial Officer

Donna has many years of experience in healthcare and previously worked for Wake Health Services from 1999 to 2004.  She has an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a JD.   While attending law school, Donna assisted Rural Health Clinics and Federally Qualified Health Centers with the implementation of their practice management systems.
