1. From Raleigh: Take Highway 401 South to Fuquay-Varina. Once in the town of Fuquay-Varina, go to the 3rd stoplight and take a left onto N. Judd Parkway. Southern Wake Family Medicine is located in the Southern Regional Center directly across from the post office.

2. From I-40: Get onto US 1 South to Holly Springs/Fuquay exit. Take a left at the exit, where there will be two forks in the road. Stay to the left at both forks. Cross railroad tracks and take a left at the stop sign. Go to the 1st light; turn right onto N. Judd Parkway. Southern Wake Family Medicine is located in the Southern Regional Center directly across from the post office.

3. From Durham: Take Highway 55 past Apex and Holly Springs. You will come to two forks in the road. Stay to the left on both forks (Broad Street.); Take a left at the stop sign onto Main Street. Make a right at the 1st stoplight onto N. Judd Parkway. Southern Wake Family Medicine is located in the southern Regional Center directly across from the post office.

Same-Day Care (temporary location within Rock Quarry Road Family Medicine, Raleigh)

When minor illness strikes suddenly and you need an appointment today, we offer same-day appointments for existing Wake Health Services patients, age 12 and up.  Located within Rock Quarry Road Family Medicine, 1001 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh (temporary location), Same-Day Care hours are 12 noon to 8 pm Monday through Friday.  Same-Day appointments are for minor injuries and illnesses only. Kristen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, CA) in 1992. She recieved her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of California in 1997. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
