Franklin Community Health Center Reaches Out to Louisburg College

Nov. 2nd, 2011— The staff of Franklin Community Health Services continued its tradition of community outreach by hosting a booth at the Louisburg College Health Fair.  Clinical staff provided 55 health screenings consisting of blood pressure and blood glucose checks.   Staff also provided consultation regarding diabetes, nutrition and the Diabetes Program offered at FCHS.  While intended for students, this year’s event was open to the entire community.  Attending were Medical Assistant Robyn Williams,  Registered Dietitian Doris Nicholas-Mir and Practice Administrator David Engel.
