light, make a left. At the second stop light, veer to the
left on to Rock Quarry Road. Rock Quarry Road Family Medicine

Dr. Baskett received her undergraduate degree from Winston-Salem
State University (Winston-Salem, NC) in 1983 and her Doctor
of Medicine degree from Ohio State University (Columbus, OH)
in 1990. She is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Baskett
completed her transitional internship at Riverside Methodist
Hospital (Columbus, OH) in 1991 and completed her residency
in Family Practice at Grant Medical Center (Columbus, OH)
in 1993. She first joined WHSI in July, 1993 working at the
Jones Street Family Medicine office (Raleigh, NC). Dr. Baskett
left WHSI in 1996 and worked at Carolina Permanente Medical
Group (Raleigh, NC). In August, 1997, she rejoined the medical
staff at Rock Quarry Road Family Medicine office (Raleigh,
NC).
Dr. Blakeley received his undergraduate degree from Northeast
Missouri State University (Kirksville, MO) in 1984 and his
Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Missouri
- Columbia School of Medicine (Columbia, MO) in 1988. He is
board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Blakeley completed
a three-year categorical residency in Internal Medicine at
Ohio State University Hospitals and Clinics (Columbus, OH)
in 1991 and his post-graduate research fellowship in General
Medicine at Duke University (Durham, NC) in 1994. Before joining
WHSI in July, 1994, he worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor
of Internal Medicine at Ohio State University Division of
General Internal Medicine (Columbus, OH), and as an Associate
of Medicine at Duke University Division of General Internal
Medicine (Durham, NC).
Dr. Conley received her undergraduate degree from Manhattanville
College (Purchase, NY) and her Master of Science degree from
the Syracuse University (Syracuse, NY) in 1983 and her Doctor
of Medicine degree from the St. George's University School
of Medicine (Bayshore, NY) in 1994. In addition, she received
her Fellowship degree from the AAFP in 2002. Dr. Conley is
board certified in Family Practice. She completed her Columbia
University internship and residency in Family Practice at
St. Elizabeth Medical Center (Utica, NY) in 1999. Before joining
WHSI in June, 2002, she worked as a Family Practice physician
at Nash Urgent Care (Rocky Mount, NC) and as an Emergency
Room physician at Oneida City Hospital (Oneida, NY).
Sam received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from
the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill, NC) in 1996.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from
the University of North Carolina in 1990 and a diploma in
Nursing from the Maryview Hospital School of Nursing (Portsmouth,
VA) in 1968. Sam joined WHSI in October, 1996. Sam is board
certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has had numerous
professional and research publications and presentations,
and belongs to several professional organizations, including
the American Nurses Association, the National Gerontological
Nursing Association and the North Carolina Nurses Association.
Sam's previous experience includes care of general and cardiovascular
surgical patients, supervision of nursing students, care of
adult home health patients, working in cardiovascular and
neurosurgical/hospital units, and research clinician.
Dr. Post completed his post-baccalaureate studies at the University
of Utah (Salt Lake City, UT) in 1995 and received his undergraduate
degree from Brigham Young University (Provo, UT) in 1985.
He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical
College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI) in 1999. Dr. Post is
board certified in Family Practice. He completed his one-year
internship in Family Practice at Duke University Medical Center
(Durham, NC) in 2000 and his two-year residency in Family
Practice at Duke University Medical Center (Durham, NC) in
2002. Dr. Post joined WHSI in July, 2002 and was appointed
as Medical Director in June, 2004 and his titled changed to
Clinical Director in December, 2004.
Dr. Quashie received her undergraduate degree from the University
of Maryland (College Park, MD) in 1989. She received her Doctor
of Medicine degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine (Winston-Salem,
NC) in 1995. Dr. Quashie is board certified in Family Practice.
She completed her three-year residency in Family Practice
at St. Francis Hospital (Wilmington, DE) in 1998. Before joining
WHSI in January, 2004, she worked at Tri-County Community
Health Center. She speaks Spanish fluently.
