Wake Health Services welcomes new patients who are covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carolina Access, Cigna HealthCare, Medicaid, Medicare, N.C. Health Choice, United Healthcare, Wellpath, Medicare Complete HMO/PPO, Human Choice Care. If you do not see your insurance plan here, don't assume we don't accept it; please call any of our sites to verify.

We accept cash, check, and credit/ debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover. We are committed to bringing you the highest quality care regardless of your ability to pay. However, we are not a free clinic. If you are uninsured or have difficulty paying, please see our Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program below. 

Sliding Fee Scale

Wake Health Services  offers a Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program that assists patients who experience difficulty affording primary medical care. Discounts are based on family size and income and the program requires a modest co-payment.   We invite new and current patients to contact our centers to obtain more information about the Sliding Fee Scale Program.  Learn more about the requirements of this program here.
