Penella M. Washington, Chief Executive Officer: Penny joined WHSI in September, 1996, as Chief Operating Officer and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in August, 1998. 
   
Christopher A. Post, MD, Medical Director: Dr. Post joined WHSI in July, 2002 as a family practice physician at Rock Quarry Road Family Medicine.  He was appointed as Clinical Director in June, 2004. 

Shelly Rickert, DDS, Dental Director: Dr. Rickert received her undergraduate degree from Duke University (Durham, NC) in 1990 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of North Carolina School Of Dentistry (Chapel Hill, NC) in 1994.  Prior to joining WHSI in August, 2003, Dr. Rickert was the Dental Director with Anderson Creek Dental Clinic - Western Medical Group (Spring Lake, NC).

Jacqueline M. Morlando, Chief Financial Officer: Jackie joined WHSI in July, 2004 as CFO. 

William W. Massengill, Jr., Director of Center Operations: William joined WHSI as the Director of Center Operations in January, 2004. 

Chanda Douglas-Ward, Director of Human Resources: Chanda joined WHSI as the Director of Human Resources in July, 2002.
